They can be programmed for your specific radio frequencies. Both receivers are the GPS, Glonass, and Galileo constellations enabled.
The TSC3 data collector has Trimble Access installed. Trimble Access is version 2017.24. The collector has an internal 2.4GHz radio module to run an S-Series instrument.
