They can be programmed for your specific frequencies. Both receivers are the GPS, Glonass, Galileo, and Beidou constellations and both can be used interchangeably as a base or rover.
The TSC3 data collector has Trimble Access installed. Trimble Access is version 2017.24. The collector has an internal 2.4GHz radio module to run an S-Series instrument.
